En el baño hay demasiadas tomas al agual que se ven y no hay nada conectado. Y la televisión es un kaos, no hubo manera de ver ningun canal convencional. Tan solo se veían canales tipo youtube, etc
La habitación 403 es un lujo por las vistas y las dimensiones de la misma. Sin embargo, considero que algunos objetos del mobiliario no acompañan al resto. Estoy hablando fundamentalmente del cabecero de la cama., necesita una renovación, así como las luminarias en general y la estantería vacía (no suma, sino que resta)

Love the hotel , location and personal. Everyone is helpful and great to deal with. My only complain is that the furniture are minimal, and really cheap. There is a supposed closet that is not their is plenty of room for them to put chest of draws to put cloth . And more hangers. Room is spacious and across from Palace.

We had a wonderful, magical stay at Central Palace. The view of the gardens and the palace was spectacular, the location just so easy to the metro, and a short walk to all the beautiful green spaces and linear park. Also close to the Mercado San Miguel for tapas and drinks and all kinds of food. And next to the Teatro Real.The room was spacious and the terrace an unexpected treat. We will be back. The reception staff were so very friendly and helpful. A hidden gem.

La ubicación es inmejorable, todo muy limpio. La habitación que ocupamos era muy espaciosa. Se agradece los dos botellines y el café de cortesía en la habitación. La amabilidad y facilidades del personal. Por poner un pero, los escalones hasta llegar al ascensor. Totalmente recomendable.

Central Palace is a loverly place to stay, right beside the Royal Palace of Madrid and Opera house. Walking distance from metro and train staion, Sol, on famous shopping plaza. The room is cozy, comfortable and very clean in an old classical building. It is not big but enough for 1 or 2 persons to stay comfortably.I like the fridge as I used it for milk and fruit. by the way, the milk is very delicious and price is good. Strawberry and tomato taste organically tasty

He pagado más de 70 euros por habitación Individual, con mosca incluida y con caldera en baño que creo era general porque toda la noche estuvo enchufandose y apagándose, con un ruido insoportable. En página web pone que se incluye desayuno y es mentira.No repito ni recomiendo a nadie.Al dejar llave le digo a recepcionista y se encogió de hombros .

La habitación muy cómoda y amplia, el problema fue que nos dieron una que estaba Justo pegada a la puerta de entrada y cada vez que alguien entraba o salía parecía que nos iba a entrar a nosotros en la habitación, al ser de sueño ligero me despertaba con cada sonido de la puerta. Por otro lado el baño olía bastante mal... suponemos que sería por las cañerías de madrid. La primera vez que nos limpiaron la habitación muy bien ! Las siguientes hasta se dejaron un trapo de limpieza y no nos cambiaban las tazas usadas. Pero en general fue una experiencia agradable.

La estancia en el hotel ha sido espectacular, tanto en el diseño de la habitación como las vistas, confort, espacio, limpieza, cercanía a los sitios de interés de Madrid y sobretodo precio. Ha sido ideal y lo recomiendo tanto para parejas, amigas o familia. Lo único que se podría mejorar es la inclusión del desayuno pero lo demás ha sido ideal.
A pesar de ser la habitación más cara, las centenas por su inclinación y tampoco poder abrirse y por su colocación en la habitación... Impedían bastante disfrutar de más vistas. Por lo que creo que más habitaciones inferiores con balcón se ve mejor al poder asomarse y siendo más baratas. En las fotos es verdad que no engaña y es lo que hay, pero por el precio comparado con la otra habitacion sí esperaba que se pudiese disfrutar de las vistas de una forma cómoda
Solamente estuve una noche, sin embargo, no pude disfrutar mi estancia completamente debido a algunos detalles. En primer lugar, la cisterna estuvo haciendo fuertes ruidos a lo largo de la noche, paraba y volvía a hacer fuertes ruidos, lo que no me permitió descansar del todo bien. Por otro lado, al ducharme antes de acostarme el agua empezó a salir fría y no volvió a salir caliente, sin embargo por la mañana sí me pude duchar con normalidad. Quizá estaría bien revisar esos detalles por si hay algún problema con ellos. Por último, aunque no le doy tanta importancia, la cama no me resultó muy cómoda ya que para mi gusto era algo dura.
En la habitación 503 el desague de la ducha estaba algo obstruido.
Emplazamiento y vistas fabulosas. Tamaño de la habitación espectacular. Limpieza impecable. Los "peros" ("cons"): (i) no supe encontrar el termostato de la calefacción (si es que lo había), y tuvimos que dormir con la ventana abierta por el excesivo calor; (ii) la decoración con muebles pretendidamente estilo Luis XVI es "manifiestamente mejorable"...
Es, por el esmero en la decoración (y hablaré de la habitación que ocupé), el alojamiento más cuidado de los muchos que he conocido. El nivel de limpieza es TOP, la tranquilidad es total. El entorno en el que se encuentra es también perfecto.
Sigan así, calidad precio inmejorable. Mi segunda vez con ustedes y pensando en repetir.

La ducha no tragaba bien por el desague y la puerta del balcón no cerraba del todo, hubo vendaval y se abría con el viento, tuvimos que mover la cama para apuntalarla, pero fue divertido
Rubén Amón había hecho mi reserva de tres noches como una invitación y lo ha advertido, sin embargo en recepción me querían hacer pagar la factura porque no han pasado la información. He tenido que llamarle a mi amigo por la noche para confirmar. Nadie me ha informado en recepción sobre el sistema para que me limpiaran la habitación, por lo que durante los tres días de mi estancia nadie ha entrado a limpiar ni recoger nada.

Pero lo mejor aún, es el trato del personal, que tiene atenciones con los clientes, y hacen todo lo posible para que la estancia sea hiper confortable. Estuve alojado en la quinta planta, con terraza y vistas a la plaza oriente y palacio real. Maravilloso. Además el personal súper amable y atento, respetuoso, rápido y agradable. La ubicación es ideal, en el puro centro, al lado del metro ópera, la calle arenal, plaza mayor, plaza del sol y obviamente al lado del palacio. Volveré sin duda aunque supongo que los precios subirán después de la crisis del covid pero eso será buena señal Gracias por todo y hasta pronto

Casi perfecto, únicamente el radiador goteaba y dijeron no podía arreglarse hasta el dia siguiente, me aconsejaron utilizar la bomba de calor, pero no saco aire caliente. a pesar de esto no pase nada de frio y mi estancia fue agradable.

The Hotel was clean and bright with wonderful lighting on the stairway. The Room was comfortable and I would like to praise the staff for holding my suitcase while we were away for a couple of days.
The place is really in a great location, right outside the royal palace. In great location also for restaurants. Big rooms and even has tea and coffee in room with kettle which was a plus.

Only good thing about the hotel is that it was central. The two ladies on reception were so lovely. The night porter was extremely rude. The noise from the staff at night was ridiculous as our room was over looking the kitchen area. The beds were so uncomfortable. Our backs were so sore each morning from them

Hay que arreglar las cortinas del baño de la 104. Se cayeron cuando colgué encima una toalla. Una mesa un poco alta en todas las habitaciones sería una gran idea para escribir o utilizar ordenador.
Loved the spotlessly clean, large room with the view of the Royal Palace. The location is perfect and easy to get to from the airport by Metro (takes around an hour). Café de Oriente was great for breakfast and good value with the hotel breakfast voucher. I was sad to leave!

Hemos estado en una habitación de Luxe exterior (la que tiene una zona abuhardillada). La habitación es enorme. Perfectamente podrían haber hecho un apartamento. Esta habitación tiene un microondas y nevera. La cama era muy cómoda. La calefacción funcionaba muy bien. No hemos oído ruido de otras habitaciones.Tiene vistas al Palacio y la zona en la que está es muy tranquila. Inmejorable para visitar el centro, incluido el Palacio Real, el teatro Real. Además hay restaurantes cerca que se come muy bien y a precios aceptables.Está mejor que muchos hoteles de 5 estrellas. En los sillones se puede leer perfectamente. El desayuno estaba incluido en el precio lo dan en el Café Oriente que es un local elegante y agradable, el servicio atento y la calidad buena. En definitiva, si podemos volveremos.

A lovely place. Very quiet and clean. Great terrace overlooking the royal palace, and a huge room. A good deal which includes breakfast at the cafe de oriented which was another lovely place to start the day. I would certainly recommend staying here to anyone, and to book directly with the hotel. The staff were really friendly, professional and helpful. A credit to the hotel management.

Based on the huge bedroom size, the bed was small....I suggest to increase to king size

My husband and I stayed for one night in October 2018. The staff at the front desk showed us to our room as well as pointed out the room amenities. I don’t recall our room number, but it was large and included a rooftop terrace that we really enjoyed! The location was literally steps from the Royal Palace. We would stay there again.
I found the bed very comfortable. could have had double pillow cases? The noise of the water heater in the bathroom is very noisy it prevents good nights sleep a bit. The free wine/sparking wine very nice, could have had more variety of tea and coffee? Hotel umbrella would have been very useful. Overall your place is fantastic!

Very nice. The taxi driver had difficulty finding he place the night we arrived (about 2200 hours) and the entrance is not obvious. The staff member on duty could at that time have been more helpful maybe meeting us downstairs. It would make a big impression. Assistance with our cases on leaving was greatly appreciated. It would not be difficult for the cleaning staff to make up the bed each day and would also make a good impression. Enjoyed our stay, thank you

Absolute gem. Every thing was fantastic. Very clean, Large room, helpful staff. Booked room with a view and what a view! The inclused breakfast was a surprise in the lovely cafe below the hotel. (Coffee/tea/oj and then you could select from croissant/toast/chorros/pastel) fantastic location.

El hotel es excelente. Con una ubicación inmejorable. El `personal sumamente cordial y eficiente. La habitación que reservamos (en el 5º piso), tenía una terraza privada desde la que se veía el Palacio Real . Disfrutamos de hermosos atardeceres sentados en en ella, disfrutando de una copa de vino o champagne provistos por el hotel .

This is a fantastic hotel. The location is superb right next to the palace and theatre. It is also very close to a main shopping area and the metro. We had a beautifully clean and modern room with a private terrace overlooking the plaza. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel.
We had a fantastic stay here! Pros: The location is great - a short walk away from the Opera metro station, and close to tourist sites like the Palacio Real, Plaza Mayor and the Chocolateria de San Gines. The staff were very friendly and helpful and they spoke excellent English. Our room (interior double) was so spacious! We loved that it had a seating area and a mini kitchen with a fridge. The shower was the most spacious shower out of all the hotels we stayed at over two weeks in Spain. The bed was very comfortable. Everything was clean. We loved the fancy palace-style wallpaper and the chandelier. Cons: It was a little hard to figure out how to get inside when we first arrived, but we eventually figured out we needed to use the intercom. We were given keys to the outside door, but these were a little sticky and difficult to use. The interior rooms look out onto a narrow shaft, so they have almost no natural light.

Delightful boutique hotel in a historic building in Placa de Oriente, the most beautiful square in Madrid. Various types of bedroom, our room had a magnificent view of the Royal Palace..Spacious room and confortable furniture. Breakfast is served at the Cafè de Oriente, a charming historic cafè. Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana in questo bellissimo Hostal, in posizione ottimale, di fronte a Palazzo Reale. Assolutamente consigliate le camere con vista panoramica (noi eravamo al 3º piano), pur a fronte di un piccolo sovrapprezzo, del tutto giustificato. Camere ampie, luminosissime, pulitissime, con materasso supercomodo, arredate in modo sobrio sulle tonalità bianco/beige e parquet. Dotate dì frigobar, con consumazione gratuita, TV, Wi-Fi, bagno privato. La colazione, semplice ma buona, viene servita nel bellissimo Café d’Orient, proprio sotto l’Hostal. Vicinissimo alla stazione metro Opera e ai maggiori siti di nteresse turistico. Intorno ristoranti e tapas bar. Un particolare ringraziamento ad Alina e allo staff della reception , pronto ad accogliere l’ospite con cordialità, professionalità e simpatia. Sicuramente lo consiglieremo ad amici ma, altrettanto sicuramente, ci torneremo!

This place is in a great location and we have been here a few times now. During our last trip we stayed here twice. The staff is great and helpful. The beds are firm but good. The place is right in across from the palace which is a great view with a balcony room. There is a small fridge that we were able to store a few things in and they had a kettle in the room as well. The downsides for this place would be that the breakfast is not included (but there are plenty of places close by), the lift is very small, and the cleaning is unreliable. Our first visit was okay but they never refilled the coffee, the second, they refilled the coffee but never swept the floor.

This was our third stay, the second on this trip at this hotel. For the money, it is a great value. Everything can be a little up or down on each visit. On this one, the coffee was replaced when used but the cleaning staff apparently couldn't be bothered to sweep during our three day stay. There is a small fridge which we appreciate, and we would like that if the hotel doesn't have a clothes cleaning service to at least be able to recommend one close by. The staff is always generally pleasant and helpful and we always appreciate them. The only hardship we saw on this return visit was standing outside pressing every button trying to get in without a response. Someone staying at the hotel actually let us in to go up to the front desk to be checked in. All of the "down" things are fairly small in my book comparatively to the good. So I would recommend this place and will stay here again. Are there improvements to be made? Sure, but it's still good as is.

The receptionist Elani was so helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Rooms were gorgeous, roomy and very clean. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel, it was a great location and surrounded with great bars and restaurants.

Fantastic..the staff were lovely.. The location was excellent. Our room had no view but was gigantic. We chose the large room and were not disappointed. We thought it would have made a fantastic family room,we didn't understand why they didn't have a sofa bed in there too.

The staff was superb as was the cleanliness of our room. We had a bit od noise every morning when the restaurant outside started setting up, but it was not too bad. There was a bit of a smell of sewer in the bathroom after the heavy rain and snow.

Desde el primer momento antes de realizar la reserva, prestaron una atención telefónica excelente, luego en la recepción, la atención, la preparación ha sido excelente. La habitación impresionante, no solo por las vistas, desde la decoración, cada detalle estaba cuidado. Sin duda es un alojamiento 10 que sin duda repetiré.
etablissement bien situé magnifique vue sur le palais royal , la personne qui nous a reçu s'est mise à notre niveau de langue bon conseil par contre au vu du prix de la chambre , peu de services proposés( bouteilles d'eau non remises entre les 2 nuits , un seche cheveux et un service thé/ café à disposition) refus au départ de nous donner les tickets pour le petit déjeuner non fourni par l'établissement mais par le café juste au dessous ils prétendent que j'ai bénéficié du 10% de reduction car commande sur internet mais quand je regarde sur le papier je bénéficie des 2 réductions 10% et petit déj inclus aprés insistance , la personne en présence de sa responsable céde et me donne les tickets pour le petit déjeuner
La estancia fue excelente, la única pequeña "pega" fue que me ofrecieron una habitación entre la entrada y la recepción pero entiendo que el hotel estaba completo. Espero que en la próxima edición de Fitur podamos disfrutar

Nos dieron una habitación con vistas en la primera planta. Fantásticas vistas a la Plaza de Oriente y al Palacio Real. Fue un fin de semana espectacular.
Ha sido un grata sorpresa el descubrir este alojamiento, genial para celebrar una fecha señalada, la habitación espectacular, no le faltaba detalle alguno, incluso con cava y agua de bienvenida, te, café, vamos servicios de un alojamiento de calidad superior. La ubicación estupenda, y desayunar en uno de los Cafés con más encanto de Madrid no tiene precio. Si a eso sumamos la atención por parte de Alina, pues tienes el pack completo, sin duda ya estoy pensando en volver a reservar cuando vuelva a Madrid, gracias por la atención.
La ducha tiene problemas. Tan pronto, sin cambiar la posición del mando, sale agua muy caliente que abrasa o sale el agua helada. Hay que tener precisión milimétrica para que aguante la temperatura seleccionada sin excesivas variaciones. La puerta de entrada tiene mucha holgura pues al ser muy vieja no ajusta bien, por la cual entra toda la luz del pasillo por la noche y los ruidos, con lo cual la intimidad de la habitación tampoco es buena. Además estábamos al lado de la puerta de entrada.
La habitación que estuvimos del piso superior una pasada.Todo precioso, muy luminoso, y las vistas muy bonitas al Palacio Real.Ademas, no hubo ruidos y se podía descansar sin oír al vecino. Seguramente volveremos

Inmejorable situación
Un sitio precioso, amplio, con una ubicación espectacular para conocer Madrid.
Maravillosa la localización, el recibimiento, y sobre todo, las habitaciones tan completas y con esas vistas tan maravilosas.
La única pega que le encuentro es que no se cambiaran las sábanas el día que dejamos el cartel verde.

La atención de Alina es excelente, así como el esmero del personal por mantener en buen estado y limpias las habitaciones. Sin embargo, en algún momento una de las personas del hostal no se dirigió con la misma amabilidad de las personas de recepción, utilizando un timbre de voz que por momentos suena descortés, a lo cual deben poner atención.
Das Zimmer war schön, aber eben ein Hostal mit einem Flur von dem aus sich alles verteilt. Personal nett. Leider viel Lärm im Hostal: direkt neben der Rezeption hat man halt schon früh morgens das Ausschecken jedes Gasts mitbekommen. Schade, denn die Lage an sich ist ruhig und angenehm.

Had a lovely stay!! Getting all the information how to get to the Hotel upfront to arrival was extremly helpful. Indeed it was not easy to find the Hotel. But lovely location!! Charming Alina at the Hotel reception is very kind and helpful. I am glad I discovered this Hotel, as I am usually staying in a Apartment House in same area, rooms are very comfortable and well equipped. Will come back!

Alina, our wonderful receptionist, was perfect in every little think, before our arrive with a detailed email and for welcome us in check-in. The room 101 is a masterpiece, the view is the best think every morning, and is full of comfort. The position is the best in town, Madrid is yours.

The location and staff were great. Only areas for improvement would be better manage of shower mold, and firmer mattress. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would return, & recommend Central Palace.
Consideramos excesivo el precio por la habitación, teniendo en cuenta además que no entra ni el desayuno (5,- € por persona/día). Ventanas sin vista, escalera para acceder a la habitación y escalera para acceder a la terraza.

localidad es muy buena. Los empleados son muy simpáticos y profesionales. Pero limpieza no está suficiente. En el aseo queda los pelos y la calidad de las toallas son lamentables. Y estaba preocupada un poquito con sus llaves sobre todo las puertas. Cuando volvimos, a veces estaba abierta.
